Full Flight is Stephen Williams: trainer, consultant, and creative technologist based in Spokane, Washington. Here's the person behind the projects.

Stephen Williams brings a rare combination of lived experience and technical skill to his work as a consultant and trainer. Specializing in Wraparound and Peer Support, he has delivered thousands of hours of training and become an expert at using creative technology to make virtual events and distance learning feel connected, human, and effective.

What sets the work apart is where it comes from. Stephen's path runs through the same social service systems he now partners with: first as a young person navigating them, and later as a Youth Peer Support Partner in the WISe program, a Care Coordinator, and a crisis support specialist. He knows the difference between training that describes a system and training that comes from inside one, because he has lived both.

Full Flight believes that technology can be used in unique and exciting ways to facilitate connection and foster real learning.

The workstation has been upgraded a few times overs the years, but the enthusiasm has not changed at all. Full Flight is what happens when a lifelong love of technology grows up, gains a decade of human services experience, and finds a meaningful mission along the way.
