How it's built
The scenario is a data-driven decision tree, so writers can edit it as plain text without touching code. Paired with a live model, learner choices can be free-typed instead of multiple choice, with the AI scoring rapport in real time.

How it's built
Your vote is real; the audience is simulated with weighted randomness and staggered timing so the results feel organic. In production this runs on the event platform's live API: same interaction, real crowd.

This demo runs on a scripted response engine so it's safe to host anywhere with zero API cost. The chat UI talks to a single adapter function. Swap it for a secure model endpoint and it becomes a fully generative coach trained on your program's materials.
